Haig Megerian is Vice President and General Manager, Account Operations for Technicolor Enterprise, formerly known as Convergent Media Systems. Haig
has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations
in both corporate and professional service environments. Some
of the more memorable business lessons he learned however were
as a cab driver in New York City during his college years.
His career began at Ford Motor Company, where he spent his first
5 years in field sales and marketing and then at Ford Division
headquarters in Detroit implementing national target marketing
programs. After Ford, Haig joined Advantage International in
Washington, D.C., a firm specializing in sports and event marketing,
as Director of Marketing Services, where he directed a team that
was responsible for developing and executing sports marketing
strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Haig then served as General
Manager and Vice President of MDI Creative, overseeing sales
and operations for a firm specializing in the development and
delivery of training and corporate communications solutions for
large organizations, with an emphasis in automotive.
Haig joined Convergent Media Systems in
1997 as Vice President, Content Solutions. He was heavily involved
in the company's efforts in technology-based communication and
learning products, services and customer solutions. This included
the integration of corporate content and delivery applications,
and the successful implementation of teams who provided customers
on-site production, creative and network management support. Currently
as Vice President and General Manager of North American Account
Strategy and Development he directs a team that manages the account
business relationship, from a financial, customer satisfaction
and operations perspective.
