With less than 6 weeks to Digital Signage Expo we are getting DSE fever here at Convergent. With so many innovative technologies, we’ve had a lot of back-and-forth about what we want to bring to the show.
Tablets, and 4K, and beacons… oh my! We’re bringing the best hardware to show off some of our favorite technologies at DSE. Here are some of the things we’ll be toting at DSE 2015:
• Demographic Triggering – Utilizing the webcam built in to a tablet, we’ll be able to target market viewers based on gender and age.
• iBeacon Integration – We’ll be utilizing these proximity sensors to trigger specific content and even give the viewer a choice via tablet.
• User Generated Content – Leveraging social media, we’ll show you a platform that lets viewers tweet pictures onto your digital signage.
Convergent art director, Adam Shilling is also getting ready for the show. He will be speaking Tuesday, March 10th at 11:30am about the secrets to winning viewer attention. Adam is a Digital Signage Expo pro… having done speaking engagements before at the show as well as winning the APEX award for great content. This year, Adam and his team are nominated again for their 3D animations for Manulife.
Todd Briner of our creative services department will be stationed at our booth giving a live demonstration of his content creation process. This is your chance to pick his brain and find out how he works to make amazing content.
We just cannot contain our excitement over DSE. It seems everyone in the office has some sort of DSE preparations on their to-do list as we get closer and closer to the big day!
