SPINETIX HARDWARE DOESN’T FAIL. AREN’T NOC SERVICES UNNECESSARY?
A lot can go wrong across the entire network. You can access Cockpit anywhere to check hardware status, spot screen issues, identify network issues, prevent potential publishing issues, gather environmental data and detect firmware conflicts.
Cockpit allows dealers to provide network monitoring and advanced technical support…from Anywhere at Anytime. All you need is a web browser.
ADVANCED NETWORK MONITORING
Cockpit enhances the reliability of SpinetiX players by leveraging unique enterprise features to monitor all elements of the digital signage network, and to notify of any potential issues.
Cockpit detects if a screen has been switched off or disconnected from a player, reducing the troubleshooting time at customer premises.
Cockpit sends you a notification when a player’s storage becomes almost full. This helps you be proactive by letting your customers know that full storage can result in publishing issues.
Cockpit identifies players are no longer connected to the network, typically because of a network issue or the player is in recovery mode.
Cockpit registers environmental irregularities such as unexpected power outages or exceeded temperature limits. Cockpit also monitors player uptime stats and reboot reasons to let you know the device is stable or operating in an adverse environment.
POTENTIAL CAUSE ISSUES
Cockpit monitors player CPU history and safe-mode stats to help you identify origins of rendering issues such as freezing content or recurring reboots.
Cockpit monitors firmware versions to identify inconsistent player installations. It also notifies the dealer if the end customer has initiated a firmware update or if there is corrupted firmware often caused by a power outage during a firmware update.
